Top NBA Betting Picks for Sunday, April 25

After a loaded slate last night, we’ve got another stacked seven-game set on tap tonight. Injuries have plagued the league as we approach the playoffs, and teams will have to operate without key players

Here are the top NBA betting plays for Sunday, April 25, provided by BettingPros experts Raju Byfield and Isaiah Sirois (Main game odds courtesy BettingPros Consensus; lock and prop odds sites may vary):

Betting Lock of the Day

Sirois: Bucks -6.5 (-110 at FD Sportsbook)
Milwaukee will play the Trae Young-less Hawks tonight, and they should win by at least seven. Although the Hawks looked fantastic in their first game without Young, I don’t expect them to keep that up against Milwaukee — they rank eighth in defensive efficiency and seventh through the last three games. Sportsbooks are somewhat low on Milwaukee because they’re on the wrong end of a back-to-back, but they have gone 6-4 ATS with a rest disadvantage, and they should keep this streak alive.

Top Game Prop of the Day

Sirois: Bucks First Quarter -2.5 (-104 at FD Sportsbook)
The Bucks should get out to a hot start tonight. They score the third-most first-quarter points (30.4) and allow the seventh-fewest (27.6), and they’ll be coming in warm off their win last night. Meanwhile, Atlanta hasn’t been impressive in the first frame — they rank 13th in first-quarter points scored (28.7) and 14th in points allowed (28.2). Milwaukee has covered this spread in their earlier two first quarters against Atlanta — they outscored them by 17 points in January and by four earlier this month.

Top Player Prop of the Day

Sirois: Isaac Okoro Over 9.5 Points (-128 at FD Sportsbook)
With Collin Sexton sidelined, Isaac Okoro should have an easy time sailing over this total. He averaged 11 points per game through Sexton’s last four absences, and he hit the over twice. Also, the matchup points to a boatload of value — the Warriors give up the seventh-most points per game to small forwards (22.3), where Okoro plays 55% of his minutes. This total moved down from 10.5 earlier today, and the line movement makes this an absolute lock.
